How fast is a ETH payment confirmed?
Ethereum (ERC20) needs 12 confirmation(s), which takes about 3 minutes. The checkout shows the progress while the customer waits.
What does accepting ETH cost?
1% per payment on the free plan, with no setup or monthly fee. Paid plans bring the fee to 0% and send payments straight to your wallet.
Do I need a ETH wallet to start?
No. Payments can collect in your balance until you withdraw. A wallet is only needed if you want payments to go straight to you.
What happens if a customer uses the wrong network?
Funds sent on a different network never reach the deposit address, so the checkout shows Ethereum (ERC20) next to every address and warns the customer before they pay.
Can my prices stay in dollars or euros?
Yes. You price in your own currency; the checkout converts to ETH at the live rate and holds that amount for the payment window.
