This policy lists what you may not sell or do with Cryptain. It applies to every store, invoice, payment link and API call. If you are unsure whether your business is allowed, ask us at support@cryptain.net before you start.
1. Not allowed
- Anything illegal where you or your customers are, or anything that helps someone break the law.
- Drugs, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia; prescription medicines without a licence.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and parts or instructions for making them.
- Stolen goods, stolen data, counterfeit or pirated products, and anything that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors. We report it.
- Non-consensual intimate images, human trafficking, and services that exploit people.
- Hacking services, malware, stolen accounts or credentials, and tools to commit fraud.
- Fake documents, identity services, and anything designed to get around identity or sanctions checks.
- Pyramid and Ponzi schemes, "guaranteed return" investments, unlicensed securities, and get-rich-quick offers.
- Mixing or tumbling services, and receiving or passing on money for other people.
- Terrorism, violent extremism and content that promotes hatred or violence against people.
- Business with sanctioned people, companies or regions.
2. Allowed only with our written approval
- Gambling, betting, lotteries and sweepstakes, which must be licensed where you operate.
- Adult content and services involving consenting adults, where legal.
- Exchanges, OTC desks, crypto lending and other financial services.
- Tobacco, vaping, alcohol, CBD and nutritional supplements with health claims.
- Crowdfunding, charities and donations collected for others.
- Travel, ticket resale and other pre-sold services delivered more than 30 days later.
3. Fair use of the Service
- Describe your products honestly and show your customers your terms and refund policy.
- Do not send spam or mislead people to get payments.
- Do not overload, probe or attack our systems, or try to bypass rate limits or security checks.
- Do not use one account to serve businesses that are not yours.
4. What happens if this policy is broken
We may pause or close stores and accounts, hold funds while we investigate where the law allows, refuse payments, and report activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches lead to permanent closure.
