No. Plans run month to month or year to year, paid in crypto from your dashboard. If a paid plan is not renewed, your account moves back to the free plan and keeps working.
The customer pays the network fee when they send a payment, so the full invoice amount reaches you. When you withdraw from your balance, the network fee of that coin is deducted from the withdrawal.
Balance payments are credited to your Cryptain balance and you withdraw when you want. Own-wallet payments go directly to addresses you control, so Cryptain never holds them. Own-wallet payments are on paid plans and have no fee.
